Terms & conditions.

These Terms govern your use of Blindly across our apps and website. We have tried to write them in straightforward, readable language. By using Blindly, you agree to these rules.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Blindly. You agree to provide real, accurate information about yourself, keep your login secure, and use the app only for genuine personal connection. Automated bots, scrapers, and fake accounts are strictly prohibited.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Please don't share your credentials or attempt to access someone else's profile. If you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission, let us know immediately at hello@matchblindly.in.

3. Behavior & Zero Tolerance

Blindly is built on mutual respect and emotional safety. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward:

• Harassment, stalking, threats, or intimidation of any kind.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or abusive language.
• Unsolicited explicit or sexual imagery.
• Financial scams, commercial solicitation, or spam.
• Impersonation or misrepresenting who you are.

Anyone engaging in these behaviors will have their account immediately terminated and will receive a permanent hardware-level ban from the app.

4. Matching, Audio Calls & Reveals

Blindly connects people based on personality, thought prompts, and mutual wavelength. Profiles remain blurred by default. Photos only unmask when both members choose to tap reveal together. We do not guarantee a specific number of matches, replies, or uninterrupted service, but we work hard to keep conversations meaningful and the space respectful.

5. Moderation & Community Safety

Every report filed inside the app is reviewed by our human trust and safety team. We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account that violates our standards or makes other members feel unsafe.

6. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

If you choose to purchase an optional premium subscription or boost, the price and billing terms will be shown clearly before you pay. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and renewed by Apple or Google under their respective terms. To cancel a store subscription, you must do so in your phone's Subscriptions menu. Blindly does not control store-issued refunds.

7. Your Content & Ownership

You own the photos, prompt answers, and voice recordings you upload. By posting them on Blindly, you grant us only the necessary technical license to host, display, and transmit them to your matches within the service. All Blindly branding, designs, and software remain the exclusive property of Blindly.

8. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time directly from the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account), or online through our Account Deletion page. When you delete your account, your photos, voice notes, prompt answers, and chat history are wiped.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

Blindly is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we verify profiles and strictly enforce safety, we encourage you to use good judgment and common sense when getting to know someone or arranging to meet in person. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blindly is not liable for indirect damages or the actions of third parties off our platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless consumer protection laws in your home jurisdiction mandate otherwise.
